From intrapreneurship to entrepreneurship: copperdot on the move

What started as an ambitious vision to rethink electronics procurement has evolved into an expanding business. Originally launched through Bosch’s internal startup platform, we at copperdot turned our industry expertise and network into measurable success.

Over the past three years of building, testing, and scaling, we have achieved impressive year-on-year net sales growth ranging from 47% to 119%.
Driven by the mission to make electronics sourcing smarter, more efficient, and more resilient, we connect suppliers, capabilities, and customers across the entire value chain. We provide comprehensive sourcing solutions for PCB/A procurement, supply chain resilience as well as obsolescence and excess management for electronics.

Greater independence, same Bosch DNA

With the official establishment of Copperdot GmbH & Co. KG, we are taking a major step in our entrepreneurial journey.

Where we transform

Forming our own independent legal entity and organizational structure grants us greater entrepreneurial flexibility needed to put stakeholders first and adapt even faster to changing market dynamics.

Where we stay rooted

While operating with full business autonomy, copperdot remains a wholly owned Bosch subsidiary. This unique positioning allows us to combine the agility of a dynamic business with the trusted quality standards, deep industry expertise, and global network of a technology leader.

Connecting the dots for the future of PCB/A procurement

Our next ambition is clear: scaling a resilient, efficient, and market-driven sourcing network for the global electronics industry. Our target is to foster collaboration and unlock synergies across the entire value chain to mitigate volatility, secure resilient supply lines, and navigate market shifts together. For us, connecting the dots means shaping a procurement network that serves as the backbone of electronics industry.
